Finding Your

Courageous Steps

In this concluding session, we’ll revisit and integrate everything from our previous work (yes, this includes a bit of homework!). Together, we’ll craft a roadmap for your continued growth with milestones at 3, 6, 12, and 18 months.

I firmly believe that life coaching—like psychotherapy or any other support mechanism—is not meant to be indefinite. My role is to empower you to make meaningful changes within six sessions, equipping you to thrive and contribute in every area of your life.

My mission is to help women—particularly mothers—invest in themselves so they can elevate not just their own lives, but also positively impact their families, communities, workplaces, and beyond. By the end of our time together, you’ll not only have the tools to improve your circumstances but also the capacity to inspire and lead others.

This approach is rooted in the “pay it forward” philosophy. Every client I work with is a vital part of a larger ripple effect. As one chapter of your journey ends, I ensure you have access to continued support through partnerships with reputable organizations, alumni small groups for graduates of my programs, and workplace training opportunities delivered both in-person and online.

You won’t just leave this program prepared—you’ll leave with purpose, ready to make a lasting impact.
