The Architecture of Human and Business Connection

Our world needs more healers. As healers, we need more tools in our leadership toolbox to bring diverse viewpoints together, to work creatively together and to break down the barriers that keep us in our silos.

Our Architecture of Human and Business Connection program will engage participants in a global dialogue that will invite local community action. We will explore fresh innovation and ingenuity as we face societal opportunities that improve the well-being of our helping profession leaders and by relationship, people who are being served. We will explore ways to co-creatively work as teams internally and within our local and regional communities.

As we co-create solutions in a safe space that invites the vulnerability and courage our society needs, we will activate the ability for leaders and emerging leaders to deliver societal change.

Our most trustworthy institutions such as healthcare, education and businesses have been forced to return to zero, a new starting point, and reconstruct both temporary and early redevelopment in the midst of the unknown. The old patterns of our world that have led to leadership as an exclusive egocentric role is being reconstructed. This new paradigm expects leadership to be earned and trustworthiness to emerge from co-creative dialogue, shared decision making and culturally inclusive practices.

Character of Leadership

Developing leadership skills is an essential part of serving and leading people.

We believe that leadership begins with self-leadership by accepting responsibility & decision-making. As you grow your leadership toolbox, people will trust you to take or strengthen your team or organization. We teach a model of leadership called Servant-Leadership, shown to grow healthy, wholehearted people. As we develop healthy healthy co-workers and staff, we improve the organizational culture at work. As we decrease rates of burnout, cynicism and hopelessness, we improve the turnover rate substantially as our people increase their engagement in their work. An improved organizational culture in helping professions, the people who are being served, our patients and families, increase in their outcomes and healing.

In Character of Leadership, you will self-reflect on your own leadership characteristics while identifying opportunities for self-growth. Through this you will feel equipped to take greater responsibility for people in your organizational team.
