Gonzaga University
At Gonzaga University, I am part of a community that’s deeply committed to academic excellence, ethical leadership, and service to others. Since its founding in 1887 in Spokane, Washington, Gonzaga has upheld Jesuit traditions, emphasizing values such as social justice and critical thinking. Gonzaga has provided me the opportunity to pursue both a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership and a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies, allowing me to explore leadership from a rigorous, transformative perspective.
Gonzaga has prepared me to lead with integrity, fostering my personal growth through a combination of scholarly research and a deep commitment to social justice. The School of Leadership Studies is dedicated to developing leaders who drive positive change, and the programs I’ve pursued are designed to integrate theory with practical application, emphasizing ethical decision-making, emotional intelligence, and collaboration.
The key programs I’ve completed include:
Master’s in Organizational Leadership: This program equipped me to lead with integrity, focusing on leadership theory, culture-building, and strategic decision-making.
Doctorate in Leadership Studies: In this Ph.D. program, I’m delving into leadership theory, social justice, and organizational change, preparing for advanced roles in research, academia, and senior leadership.
At Gonzaga, I’m constantly encouraged to reflect on my leadership journey, growing not just as a leader but as an individual. Guided by Jesuit principles of service and leadership, I’m preparing to contribute to the greater good while continuing my own personal and professional development.
