Organizational Development and Transformation:

·      Leadership in Multistakeholder Initiatives: As Co-Chair of the Critical Path Institute’s International Neonatal Consortium Communication Workgroup, I developed essential messaging to address unmet pharmaceutical needs in neonates. I led a global social media campaign to encourage shared decision-making among stakeholders such as physicians, nurses, industry professionals, and government agencies across nine countries. Additionally, I participated as a parent stakeholder in discussions about neonatal pain signal research and reviewed manuscripts for the publication of pain data.

I co-edited the Servant-Leadership section of the Palgrave Encyclopedia of Leadership & Change with Larry C. Spears and contributed a chapter on Patient Leadership as a catalyst for transforming healthcare.

·      Researcher and Thought Leader: I coined and developed the concept of "NICU Parent Leader" through Participatory Action Learning and Action Research (PALAR), which is now widely recognized in NICU advocacy. I also participated in research with Sobi to identify effective communication strategies with parents regarding the RSV Synagis vaccine.
