Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership

My Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership with a Concentration in Servant-Leadership research is centered around the power of NICU Parent Leadership to spark meaningful organizational change and improve the quality of care, drawing directly from personal experiences.

I explore how systems thinking can create a culture of well-being and boost employee engagement, enhancing both individual and organizational performance. With a focus on Servant-Leadership, I dive into its impact on reducing burnout and turnover, especially within healthcare, education, and social services. Additionally, my work examines the leadership development of parents supporting children with healthcare challenges, while assessing the credibility and trust of NICU Parent Leaders within the healthcare system.
